I needed a very specific barber smock for my job and I needed it very quickly. I wasn't sure of the size so I ordered 2. Regale reached out to me via email to see if they could help me choose the size. They asked me to send a picture of the person that was going to be wearing the smock so they could help with sizing. The shipping time on the website was cutting it very close to the day I needed the item. I reached out to them and asked if it was at all possible to send them a Fedex label so they could overnight my order. Not only did they reach back out to me within minutes, they were more than happy to help me with such an unconventional request. They wrapped up my items, went to Fedex, shipped everything and sent me a picture of the receipts so I knew everything was actually shipped. I have never worked with a company that was so dedicated to their customers. 10/10
