    Arslan Yousaf was born into the Beauty Industry when his father founded his first Beauty Products factory in the year 1985. His passion for beauty was sparked at a young age as he was influenced by the hard work and determination of his family. Arslan later went on to own his own Beauty supply shop in the Houston area, until he decided to open Regale Barber Supply, a barber tools, apparel and accessories Distribution Company based out of Houston, Texas. Having been in the business now for over 20 years, Arslan takes great pride in the products Regale Barber Supply has to offer, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship that is tested before approved for sale and distribution. He is grateful to and values the tight knit teams of people working for him, knowing that they are the best of the best in the manufacturing industry.

A former inventory and retail store manager of a vertically integrated manufacturing company, she visited stores to optimize organization, accuracy, and efficiency - in addition to curating clean and impactful merchandising that increased sales. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys quad roller skating, organic gardening, knitting garments, and spending time with her kid and family of pets.
